Get it right

One of the most important parts of your order is the quality of the photo you send over to be illustrated.

Our furry CEO Dante demonstrates some images that can be a help to guide you towards sending the right photo

Here are some tips and guidelines to make sure yours is just right:

Take a photo or choose an existing one that is taken in daylight or in a brightly lit room.
Use a smartphone or a high quality camera.
Ensure there are as less shadows or a sun light as possible on pet’s face
Make sure that the neck is visible and ears are not cut off
