When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Section 3 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Section 4 - Device Information
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on digitaldoggo.com, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse digitaldoggo.com
Section 5 - Order Information
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through digitaldoggo.com, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers, bank accounts and Paypal information) and email address. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
Section 6 - Use of personal information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with digitaldoggo.com, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Section 8 - Your rights

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Section 9 - Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Section 10 - Changes
Because of the nature of our custom products, we cannot do refunds. However, we will work with you to make the situation right, discussing all details that have to be amended.
After purchase is made of any product on our website, we provide to customer a 3 hour window to be able to cancel the order, as we might start working on it shortly after we receive the order.
