Refund policy

Because of the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns. However, customer has a 30-day window to contact us in case if the product is faulty. We will work with you to make the situation right, discussing all details that have to be amended. 

​After purchase is made of any product on our website, we provide to customer a 3 hour window to be able to cancel the order, as we might start working on it shortly after we receive the order.
